Susan is a passionate believer in the power of stories and people's ability to tell and write them. Susan's practice is about empowering young people of all ages to tap into their creativity through writing. I can coax reluctant writers to give things a try; assist in devising processes; guide ideas generating and structuring; work with a variety of stimuli (working outside is one of my favourites!).
Currently writer In Residence at Sacred Heart High School, where Susan delivers her 12 week Story Making course to all of the Year 7 pupils in which they get to learn more about how stories work before crafting their own.
