Side by Side Arts

At Side by Side Arts, we offer work experience opportunities to students from local schools, colleges, and universities in Gateshead and Newcastle. Our placements provide hands-on involvement in the daily operations of our creative music studio, giving a valuable insight into the Music education environment.

Students have the chance to sit in on lessons, observing and learning about the teaching process while also assisting with curriculum resource management for the older students. Whether supporting the studio's day-to-day functions or gaining practical experience in music education, our work experience offering is designed to inspire and equip students with essential skills for their future careers.
